Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Our focus is complete customer satisfaction and so we have broad cancellation policy under which
- Cancellation request need to be made within 24 hours of placing the order but in any case if the order shipping process got initiated by the vendors/merchants/affiliates/traders then cancellation request will not be accepted.
- In case of customer receive the damaged and defective durable/non-durable goods and product, customer can report it to our customer support team, that can be accepted once vendor has checked and decided the equivalent at his own end.
- This ought to be accounted for inside 1 day of receipt of the items. The report to the customer support team must be made within 1 day of receipt of the items.

- Cancellation of the order cant be made in case of product for special occasion and events or in special occasion offer.
In case customer feel that product is not as per specification, customer need to contact our customer support team with in 24 hours of receiving the product. Refund request will not be accepted for the order delivered and accepted by the customers.
